The 7th Annual Cork & Craft Festival comes with a good cause as it is a benefit event for the Special Olympics of Virginia. It’s also held at an amazing place – Jellystone Park™ Chincoteague Island. Who doesn’t love wine and beer festivals, right? Event organizers boast, “Bring a camp chair or blanket to relax while you enjoy lighthouse and water views with live music, wine and beer tastings, local crafting vendors, food trucks, and more!”

The event takes place September 24, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 6742 Maddox Boulevard in Chincoteague Island, Virginia.
The Annual Cork & Craft Festival features five breweries are bringing an eclectic variety of 16-20 craft beer options. The featured breweries are: Black Narrows Brewing, Evolution Craft Brewing Company, Cape Charles Brewing Company, Carey Distributers, and Virginia Beach Brewing Company.
On the wine side of the tastings Wine Coffee & Gourmet (4-5 wineries) will be pouring 16 different wines to sample.
There is live music featuring the fan favorite Island Boy Band so you can sip your favorite drink and tap your toes to some great covers and jams. It’s the only time they play in Chincoteague so don’t miss it!
Get your shopping shoes on as there will be 12 local makers selling crafts and more. And don’t forget the food… tasty local food trucks will be lined up and ready to take your order so save some room! This year features Captain E’s Hurricane Grill and Sandys “Dog” Gone Good Eats.
This event is family friendly featuring corn hole, The Waffle Bowl ice cream truck, and Kona a shaved ice truck!
Tickets are only $40 and that includes unlimited tastings of the beer and wine. You also get a commemorative tasting glass as a keepsake! The price at the gate on the day of the event is $45 so buy ahead here (pre-order discount ends 9/22). Children 15 years or younger are only $10 and three and under are free!
There is a designated driver option that is only $10 (includes a soda or water ticket). These tickets get you access to the music, local craft vendors, and food trucks while making sure your group gets home safe.
