Maximum Occupancy for this home is 6 people (1 king, 1 queen, 2 Twin), and must not be exceeded.
No Smoking allowed in home.
1 Dog allowed up to 45 pounds & breed must be approved by owners due to insurance purposes.
$150 Pet Rent added to base rental rate, $100 Refundable pet damage deposit required.
No Pets allowed at the Wildlife Refuge and beach.
50% of the rental rate is required when reservation is made.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please bring your own sheets (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin), towels, hand towels and washcloths – or you may rent them for a fee of $60.

Check in is 4:00 p.m.
Check out is 10:00 a.m. sharp.
$300 Refundable Security deposit.
$100 Boat Dock Rental.
