Patriot House “1776” is a lovely new 21st century home. Located only 1.5 walking blocks from 17th century Williamsburg Virginia’s historic district. Our location puts you in the heart of the equally famous historic triangle of Williamsburg and the early American settlements of Jamestown and Yorktown, which are only minutes away.

The house has expansive windows which bring in lots of sunlight. To add a festive warm feeling, there are 3 master bedrooms with private baths to choose from. One has pull out double sofa bed for children. The fully equipped central kitchen, which opens to the spacious living room/dining area, features top of the line GE Profile appliances, granite countertops, and a 3-stool breakfast bar to greet you in the morning.

Patriot House was designed to be both comfortable and convenient for easy entertaining. Guests can choose to relax and take in the unobstructed views from both the 1st and 2nd floor porches or perhaps sit around the fireplace chiminea in the rear yard to roast marshmallows and spin tales of former stories, ghosts or otherwise! A charcoal grill is also provided for outside BBQ.
