We are located in one of the most picturesque areas of Chincoteague Island. Our waterfront yearly rentals are situated next to prime fishing grounds. Your view will include the Assateague Channel, the iconic Assateague Lighthouse, and Wild Ponies grazing in the marsh. You will also enjoy convenient access to our marina, including floating docks, boat slips and fish cleaning tables.

Our Waterfront Yearly Rentals include 2 apartments and a condominium. Our rental units are located on the Assateague Channel and overlook the iconic Assateague Lighthouse. Just a short boat ride will take you to prime fishing grounds. All units have air-conditioning, color cable T.V., dishwashers, and full kitchens. Laundry facilities are available for renters.
