About the Owner

The owners, Denise and Dale Holston, are both natives of Chincoteague Island, and their ancestors here date all the way back to the 1700's.

The property has belonged to the owners for many years, and Dale lived his first sixteen ears on the same street. This long-standing history on Mumford Street led to the decision to build a vacation home in this location so that visitors could enjoy the atmosphere and spend time in a 1920's style Chincoteague home.

As you enter the home, you will see vast assortment of memorabilia from the early 1900's. The home was newly constructed in 2013.
