The Watson House is currently being operated as a locally historic guest house on Chincoteague Island. The Watson House has a social parlor, dining room, country kitchen with a garden window, six bedrooms and seven baths. The laundry room is equipped with a large capacity washer and two dryers.

The Watson House is built in the classic tradition for large homes on Chincoteague Island. It has a simple wrap-around porch where morning coffee and biscuits can be enjoyed in the early sunlight. The house, built in 1898, follows the Victorian style of that era with antique queen size beds and furniture.
