      • The MAX OCCUPANCY of six persons for the house must not be exceeded. 
      • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach
      • 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
      • Check-in time is after 3p.m. Check-out time is 10a.m.
