Captain's Quarters, #216 is located in the Sunset Bay Villas on Main Street.  This spacious beautiful condo offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bath plus den and sleeps 6-7 people in complete comfort.  Each room offers cable TV and clock radio.  The "Chef Stocked" gourmet kitchen includes a vast array of cooking items and the island bar offers additional seating.  The dining area has an expandable, elevated table allowing water views while you dine. Family room is well appointed with large HD flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo as well as DVD's and family games.  Enjoy sweeping water views and unforgettable sunsets from living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom!  The Chincoteague channel affords abundant crabbing and fishing from the dock.  The marina with your own private boat slip can provide instant access to the water. 

Other items include Elevators, Ample Parking, Deck/Balcony, Ceiling Fans, Dishwasher, Microwave, Phone, TV, VCR/DVD, Trash Chutes and Extra Large Washer/Dryer. Bring your own bedding and towels/wash cloths.

 
PLEASE NOTE:
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY of six+ persons (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins) for the condo must not be exceeded. 
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach.
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3p.m. 
  • Check-out time is 10a.m
