These waterfront homes are located on the northeast side of Chincoteague Island. There are deep water docking facilities to moor your boat, and you can go crabbing just outside of your door. When you stay in one of the houses, a canoe and life vest will be provided for you. You have swimming pool privileges at Pine Grove Campground, which is within walking distance from both houses. Each house has three bedrooms and two baths. They also include central heat and air, a dishwasher, washer and dryer. Both houses have 1700 square feet of living area, a large deck cable TV, a VCR, and a stereo.

The Apple Tree has four apartments, two downstairs, two upstairs. It is ideal for a family reunion. Each apartment has two large bedrooms, one with a queen, the other with two twin beds. The living room couch folds out for a total of six sleeping spaces. It also has cable TV. These are very nicely furnished apartments with an apple theme throughout the entire place.  They all have central heat and air conditioning for your comfort.
The apartments are rented in the off-season from Labor Day through Memorial Day at special rates. They can be rented monthly or weekly if available

A Baywatch Cottage is a waterfront Cape Cod style cottage/house on the northern end of Chincoteague Island,  facing Oyster Bay on the south, a salt marsh estuary on the north, the owner’s house to the east and an open pony pasture to the west.    Available by the week in season and mini weeks in the off season, the house is fully furnished, with central air conditioning and heat,  satellite T.V., washer / dryer, sun deck, and a dock. Supplied with the house are sheets, towels, starter paper products, soap, hair dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler. Guests are invited to use the pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness room at the Refuge Inn. 
Sleeps 6 -  Sleeping arrangements: 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each.   There is a bathroom downstairs.
