Pier Pleasure is a waterfront duplex located on the eastern side of Chincoteague Island overlooking Assateague Channel. This home has expansive views of the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge at Assateague Island. On most days you can view distant grazing ponies while overlooking Assateague Channel and Horse Marsh. One hundred fifty yards of natural salt marsh between Pier Pleasure and Assateague Channel provide natural cover and nesting areas for birds, turtles, crabs, fish and waterfowl.

This spacious three bedroom duplex offers guests quiet and relaxation, whether it is to enjoy watching the sunrise on the deck or fishing and crabbing off of the dock, this home is a great getaway. This home features a spacious kitchen with all appliances needed and a dining area for having meals together. The first floor also has a Great Room with a fireplace and a beautiful view of the Lighthouse and Assateague Island. The Master Bedroom is also on the first floor and has a King bed and full bath. On the second floor you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom is overlooking Assateague Channel and is furnished with a queen bed, and the other has a pull out Futon that has two twin mattresses with a full bath on the second floor. This home accommodates up to six people.
*PLEASE NOTE:* The MAX OCCUPANCY of six persons (1 King, 1 Queen, & 1 futon with 2 twin mattresses) for the house must not be exceeded. No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Check-in time is after 3p.m. Check-out time is 10a.m. NO SMOKING
