One level home on 3/4 acre lot located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Conveniently located near Main Street shops and restaurants. Two blocks to beach road.  Walk to shops, restaurants, Ice cream parlor, miniature golf and bicycle rentals. The public dock is 4 blocks away. Enclosed screened front porch with two swings is perfect for your morning coffee.
The Living room has TV / VCR / DVD/Cable and queen sleep sofa. French doors to dining room and a divider bar to the kitchen give an open, roomy atmosphere. Large eat in kitchen plus enclosed sun porch. A small deck and accessible ramp are at the back entrance. Two bedrooms with  queen size beds. One bath with tub & shower and a new 1/2 bath. Sleeps 6.  Microwave, coffee maker, washer, central AC and heat. Carpeted. Also an outdoor shower.

Off Season Rates
$200/ 2 nights - $75 each additional night

Rental: Flexible to suit your needs – week or days – if it is open, you can reserve it!!
Deposit: ½ when reservation is made
Balance: 3 weeks prior to stay
Key: Mailed when balance is received

Directions: Rt. 50 east to Salisbury At Salisbury take Rt. 13 south to Rt. 175 east 8 miles to Chincoteague Island. At the light, turn left onto Main Street. Go two blocks then turn right onto Church Street (at Don's Restaurant and Exxon). Three blocks to Anderton Avenue turn left ½ block to 4298 Anderton Avenue. Drive time is 3 to 3 ½ hours from the DC area.
