Recently built, Peter’s House is situated in the Piney Island area. It is within ½ mile of  Maddox Blvd., the road to Assateague Island and the beach. It is very convenient to and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, miniature golf and much more. 
There is off street parking at the house for three vehicles. The 2 bedroom/1 bath home is centrally air conditioned and is fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. 
The living room has a double size futon sofa, lounge chairs, combo TV/VCR, and phone. Other items included are dishes, tableware, pots/pans, crab steamer, dish washer, washer/dryer, pillows, and blankets. Bring your own bedding (3 Twin/2 Double) and towels/wash cloths. 

We ask you to please leave the house in a clean, tidy condition for the next guests to arrive. 


IMPORTANT NOTICE
The back yard has a very large (20'x40'x4') water feature/pond. The owner can not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries  incurred by the renters and guests. The renter must take full responsibility for that risk and sign a release form. The owner is not trying to scare renters but wants families to be aware of its presence. The pond has been landscaped, planted with water lilies and has various gold fish in it. It is a beautiful addition to the back yard.

PLEASE NOTE: 

  • The MAX OCCUPANCY of six persons (2 Double & 3 Twins) for the house must not be exceeded. 
  •  No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3p.m.
  • Check-out time is 10a.m.
