A CHARMING ISLAND HOME IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN CHINCOTEAGUE

This is a  charming traditional island home. It is situated in the downtown section of Chincoteague Island. It is very convenient to and within walking distance of gift shops, galleries, restaurants, grocery stores, churches, the library, the movie theater, boating, fishing and much more. 
1. The MAX ACCOMMODATION of seven persons for the house must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
2. No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
3. 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
4. Check-in time is after 3 p.m.
5. Check-out time is 10 a.m.
