Kismet is a charming cottage located in a quiet “Beach Community.” This home features a wonderful screen porch with a picnic table and rocking chairs to enjoy leisurely evening gatherings with family and friends. Kismet is close to bike riding trails and the beach on Assateague Island and is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, groceries and much more.

 
Kismet is a quiet get away from the everyday worries of life! This 2 bedroom/1 bath cottage is nestled in a peaceful wooded area and features a large screen porch, new appliances, flat screen TV, window air conditioning freshly  painted walls for a great beach house vacation. This home accommodates up to six people with a queen bed, 2 twin beds and queen sleep sofa. Centrally located for evening strolls to shops, golf courses and restaurants this is a vacationer’s dream. It is furnished with everything needed to enjoy your vacation.  Bring your own linens, both bedding and towels.
PLEASE NOTE: 
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY of six persons (2 Queens, 2 Twins) for the house must not be exceeded. 
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. 
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3p.m. 
  • Check-out time is 10a.m.
  • $200.00 security deposit
