Joshua B. Jones Homeplace is located in the heart of downtown Chincoteague.  This beautiful Victorian home has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and easily sleeps 7 with a king-sized bed, a double bed and 3 twin-sized beds.  There is a sleep-sofa in the living room that opens to a full-sized bed.  Relax on the screened porch or  take a short drive to Assateague and enjoy the beach; see wild ponies and migratory birds on the Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge and view the spectacular sunsets.  The home has central a/c and heat; new range and refrigerator, television with DVD/VCR player;  washer and dryer and microwave for your convenience.  Bring your own sheets, pillowcases and towels.
PLEASE NOTE: 
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY of 7 guests (1 King, 1 Double and 3 Twin)  must not be exceeded.
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. 
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3p.m. 
  • Check-out time is 10a.m.
