This lovely home is located on Marsh Point Lane in a beautiful, quiet natural setting of pine trees.  The screen porch and deck on the front of house is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a second deck across the back of the home. The duplex is fully furnished to provide for your perfect vacation on 
Chincoteague Island.
This 1 Bedroom plus Den duplex,  accommodates 4 and  has a beautiful Great Room consisting of living room area with fireplace, spacious kitchen with all the appliances needed and a dining area with plenty of seating to have family meals together.  The first floor also has a Den for watching television or relaxing with your favorite book and a full bath with tub and laundry facilities.  The Master Bedroom and bath on the 2nd floor has a queen bed and plenty of room for relaxation or watching TV.
PLEASE NOTE: 
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY -  4 people and must not be exceeded. 
  • Please bring your own linens (2 Queen Beds) and towels
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. 
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3p.m. 
  • Check-out time is 10a.m.
