Silver Thatch is a wonderful place to enjoy a Peaceful Island Getaway. Enjoy family gatherings on the spacious deck or curl up with a good book in the screened in living area. Silver Thatch is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home located close to the Assateague Island National Wildlife Refuge in the “Beach Community” of Piney Island. This home is in a great location for easy bicycling or walking to Assateague Island. Silver Thatch is also within walking distance of many restaurants, unique gift shops, miniature golf courses and much more

 
Silver Thatch is a spacious 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home that features a wonderful screened in living area with comfortable seating and a large table for outdoor entertaining or if you choose you can enjoy watching the wildlife on expansive back deck. Located close to the beach this home is the ideal location for easy bike riding or walking to enjoy a day out in nature. Silver Thatch is also within walking distance of many unique shops, restaurants and miniature golf courses.
Here you can enjoy getting away from the everyday stresses of life while relaxing in this beautifully decorated and central air conditioned home.  You can enjoy watching TV or spend some much needed family time playing games at the nice sized dining room table. Silver Thatch sleeps up to 9 people with 2 queen size beds, 1 double bed and 3 twin size beds. The kitchen is furnished with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and much more for preparing family meals together. This home also has a large washer and dryer for your convenience. Come and enjoy a Beautiful Island Getaway!
Silver Thatch has a NO PETS and a NO SMOKING policy. Please bring your own linens including washcloths and towels. 
PLEASE NOTE: 
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY of nine persons (2 queen, 1 double, 3 twins) for the house must not be exceeded. 
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. 
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3p.m. 
  • Check-out time is 10a.m.
  • $200.00 security deposit
