Wake up to the beautiful glow of the sunrise, with gorgeous views of the waterfront,  dreams come true!
Ocean East One is a relaxing and inviting, 3 bedroom / 2 ½ bathroom, centrally air conditioned waterfront townhome that is furnished with 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 1 double size bed, 2 twin size beds and easily sleeps up to 8 people. Enjoy leisurely moments shared taking in the salt water breezes on one of the 2 decks or spend the day exploring the waterways by kayaking from the private dock. 
There is a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. We ask that you leave this home in a neat and tidy condition. No Pets are allowed in the home or on the grounds. 
NO SMOKING.
PLEASE NOTE: 
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY -  8 people and must not be exceeded. 
  • Please bring your own linens (1King, 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twins) and towels
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. 
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3p.m. 
  • Check-out time is 10a.m.
