Sit and Watch the Ponies Graze on Assateague Island!
Beacon View is a beautiful 4 bedroom/ 3 full bath centrally air conditioned home that is  furnished with 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 1 full size bed and 5 twin size beds (bunk beds) and easily sleeps up to 11 people. Relax and enjoy leisurely evenings on one of the two balconies that overlook Assateague Island and the lighthouse or enjoy some play time outside with the kids in the nice sized yard. For all of the Sea Lover’s in your family there is a deep water private dock for your boating needs or enjoy some time fishing and crabbing while enjoying the peacefulness of being near the water. You will also occasionally get a front row seat at watching ponies grazing the salt marsh on Assateague Island.
After a day of fishing come in and enjoy making dinner together in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker and toaster. After a big meal together cuddle up and watch some TV or a movie on one of the flat screen TV’s or if you choose there are board games provided for all of the game players in your family. If you are feeling competitive challenge yourselves to a game of pool on the pool table that has been provided for your enjoyment. Beacon View has 3 full baths with the master bath including a whirlpool tub for relaxing after all of your fun filled days here on Chincoteague. 
Please bring your own linens, towels and washcloths. There is a full sized washer and dryer provided for your convenience. We ask that you leave the house in a neat and tidy condition.
Maximum occupancy of 10 people ( 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, 5 twin) for the house must not be exceeded.
No pets are allowed in the house or on the grounds and at the wildlife refuge and beach.
50% deposit is required with the reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check – in time is 3 pm
Check – out time is 10 am sharp
