Patt’s Place is a warm and inviting 2 bedroom/ 2 ½ bathroom duplex that is just the place for your perfect Island getaway. Located in the Silver Sails neighborhood within easy walking distance of the carnival grounds and town you can also enjoy the peacefulness of nature as you relax on the deck or the screened in porch. If relaxing is not for you take a swim in the pool that is especially for owners and guests only or have a family barbecue and picnic on the barbecue grill and tables that are provided. You are sure to make many wonderful Chincoteague memories that will last a lifetime!

Patt’s  Place is a warm and inviting 2 bedroom/2 ½ bathroom centrally air conditioned duplex that accommodates up to 6 people with 2 queen and 2 twin sized beds. The spacious master bedroom and private bathroom are located on the main level of the home. Enjoy your morning coffee while relaxing on the screen porch or deck overlooking the pond while enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Enjoy making family meals together in the well equipped kitchen furnished with microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes, utensils and coffee maker. After a big meal sit back together and relax while watching cable TV or DVD’s on one of the TV’s that are located in the living room and each of the bedrooms. If you are not ready for relaxing after a day at the beach spend some time enjoying the pool that is provided for members and guests only. Have a family barbecue by the pool on the barbecue grill and picnic tables that are provided for your enjoyment. Patt’s Place has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. We ask that you bring your own linens including sheets, towels and washcloths. This home has a NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy.
PLEASE NOTE: 
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY of six persons (2 Queens, 2 Twins) for the house must not be exceeded. 
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. 
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3p.m. 
  • Check-out time is 10a.m.
  • $200.00 security deposit
