Deer Creek is located at Silver Sails Landing located off Willow Street.  This duplex, built in 2004, sit back of Willow to provide a quiet, private place to plan your next vacation.  The surrounding woods and water provides all types of wildlife for your viewing pleasure from the screen porch or deck.
     The home is situated just a short walk from the Carnival Grounds and downtown to shops, restaurants and the Island Roxy Movie Theatre; perfect location for enjoying the Pony Penning auction and Carnival nights.  Great family place with private pool, lots of space for outdoor games, picnic area w/grill and cul-de-sac for the kids to ride their bikes. 
 Deer Creek is a spacious duplex located in the Silver Sails Landing complex.  This beautiful home has a first floor master bedroom suite with another bedroom plus den and full bath located on the second floor.  First floor has open floor plan with kitchen, great room and 1/2 bath.  Other features include garage, screen porch and grilling deck beautiful pool for everyone to enjoy.  Bring your own linens including towels.
PLEASE NOTE:
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY of six + persons (2 Queen & 2 Twins) at the duplex must not be exceeded.
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach.
  • 50% Deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is 3 pm
  • Check-out time is 10 am
