Coastal Haven, #120 is located in the Sunset Bay Villas on Main Street. This beautiful condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths plus den and sleeps 6-7 people comfortably.  Large dining table perfect for those family get togethers and spacious living room area well furnished with large screen TV with DVD player, wi fi, internet and pull out sofa.  Master bedroom suite separated from other sleep areas by kitchen, living room dining area for quiet and privacy.  Bring your own bedding and towels/wash cloths.  Other amenities include boat slip, elevator, ample parking, pool, exercise room, outdoor showers and trash chutes.
PLEASE NOTE:
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY of six + persons (2 Queen, 1 Twin & 1 Double) at the condo must not be exceeded.
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach.
  • 50% Deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is 3 pm
  • Check-out time is 10 am
