The Clark Street Retreat is a 100+ year-old cottage. It is situated in the downtown section of Chincoteague Island. It is very convenient to and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, groceries, churches, library, movie theater, boating, fishing and much more. 
The cottage has AC and is fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. This includes dishes, tableware, pots/pans, crab steamer, washer/dryer, pillows, and blankets. Sheets, pillowcases, and towels provided @ $20.00 or you may bring your own.

Please Note:

1. The MAX ACCOMMODATION of six persons for the house must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
2. No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
3. 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due prior to arrival.
4. Check-in time is after 3p.m.
5. Check-out time is 10a.m.
6. This is a non-smoking rental home
