The purpose of this page is to promote the Chincoteague area to the people. This is for the people of Chincoteague and the island I've grown to love. This page will not exclude anyone due to race, religion or way of life as long as the pages are true in nature and do not do any harm to any other persons. Any true non-profit organizations on Chincoteague wishing to have some Internet space on this page are welcome free of charge. We will help as much as I can and will do so free of charge. Houses and businesses: Includes writing of the page, taking pictures, posting of the page on the www.Chincoteague.com site for one year or until sold (whichever comes first). All included for $350, $200 per year after the first year.

Adding other items to the for sale by owner page (cars, boats, ...) $100 for each item includes one photo with description.

Special Services: Any work provided not included above including computer software and hardware repair when time permits; $35 an hour on the Island.

I am currently certified on Windows 98 / NT / Backoffice, Windows XP and TCPIP Networking, Cisco Router Certified and have 25+ years of computer programming, maintenance and administration experience.
