Great location on quiet East Side Drive, next door to Memorial Park...where you will find a free fishing and crabbing pier, tennis courts, well equipped playground, basketball court, baseball field, pavillion, picnic area, public boat ramp and skateboard park. Walk to the Park to view the Pony Penning Swim. House is within walking distance of restaurant, seafood and about 10-15 minute walk to downtown Chincoteague.

Sea Star Cottage, (aka Quinta's Castle), has open floor plan with 3 bedrooms...Kitchen, half bath, laundry, dining and family rooms are downstairs. Upstairs are 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms with waterview balconies and 1 smaller bedroom with a combo full/twin bunkbed. Lots of space to park your boat trailer, cars and SUV's. Bring your own linens and towels (beds are 1 Queen, 2 doubles and 1 twin)
*PLEASE NOTE:* The MAX OCCUPANCY of six persons (1 Queen, 2 Doubles & 1Twin) for the house must not be exceeded. No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Check-in time is after 3p.m. Check-out time is 10a.m.
