A BEAUTIFUL RETREAT OVERLOOKING THE ASSATEAGUE ISLAND LIGHTHOUSE
The 2 bedroom/1.5 bath home is centrally air conditioned and heated and is fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. The upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and down stairs has two twins that can convert to a king. The house has a deck/balcony. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, lounge chairs, TV, DVD, and VCR. Other items include a grill, dishes, tableware, pots/pans, crab steamer, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, pillows, and blankets. Bring your own bedding (1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa & 2 Twins) and towels/wash cloths.
We ask you to please leave the house in a clean, tidy condition for the next guests to arrive.


PLEASE NOTE:
  • The MAX OCCUPANCY of six persons (1 Queen, 1 Double & 2 Twins) for the house must not be exceeded. If more room is needed, check on the other half of the house, Assateague Overlook #2 and double the occupancy to 12.
  • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
  • 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • Check-in time is after 3 p.m.
  • Check-out time is 10 a.m.
