This exceptionally beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath luxury vacation rental home has central AC/heat and will accommodate 6 guests. Amenities include a designer kitchen, Jacuzzi tub & top of the line upgrades throughout the home.  The master bedroom and the other two rooms all have queen size beds. Other items include Ample Parking, Deck/Balcony, Dishwasher, Microwave, Phone, TV, VCR/DVD, and Washer/Dryer. Bring your own bedding (3 Queens) and towels/wash cloths.
We ask you to please leave the house in a clean, tidy condition for the next guests to arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: 
    • The MAX OCCUPANCY of six persons (3 Queens) for the house must not be exceeded. 
    • No pets are allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach. 
    • $200 Refundable Security Deposit Is Required
    • 50% deposit is required with reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
    • Check-in time is after 3p.m.
    • Check-out time is 10a.m.
