The
2 bedroom/2 bath home is centrally air conditioned and heated and is
fully
furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. The
upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and down stairs has two twins
that
can convert to a king. The house has a deck/balcony. The living room
has
a queen size sleeper sofa, lounge chairs, TV, DVD, and VCR. Other items
include an outside shower, grill, dishes, tableware, pots/pans, crab
steamer,
dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, pillows, and blankets. Bring your
own bedding (1 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa & 2 Twins) and
towels/wash
cloths.
We ask
you to please leave the house in a clean, tidy condition for the next
guests
to arrive.

OCCUPANCY
of six persons (1 Queen, 1 Double & 2 Twins) for the house must

be exceeded. If more room is needed, check on the other half of the
house,
Paradise By The Lighthouse and double the occupancy to 12.

allowed in the house or at the Wildlife Refuge and beach.
